Protect our climate

Standing up to climate change is crucial for preserving the health and wellbeing of our planet, and also ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come. Climate change affects every aspect of life, from the air we breathe, to the food we eat, and the homes we live in. Rising global temperatures, extreme weather events, and loss of biodiversity threaten not only the environment but also human health, economies, and communities worldwide. Taking action—through reducing carbon emissions, conserving natural resources, supporting renewable energy, and holding corporations and government accountable—can mitigate these impacts and protect the delicate balance of Earth’s ecosystems. By standing together and demanding change, we can foster a healthier planet, promote environmental justice, and secure a thriving world for marginalized societies, humanity, and the planet.

There Is No Planet B

We must fight for climate justice because Earth is our only home—there is no backup planet. Climate change disproportionately affects vulnerable communities, worsening inequalities and threatening lives with extreme weather, rising sea levels, and resource shortages. Those least responsible for the crisis often suffer the most, making it a moral responsibility to take action. By demanding policies that reduce emissions, protect ecosystems, and hold polluters accountable, we can create a more just and sustainable future. If we don’t act now, we risk losing the only planet we have.

Here's How We Help

Get Greener

There are lots of small things that you can do to fight climate change at home. This includes being mindful of your energy usage. Limit your electricity output, your gas consumption, and your water usage. This could include using more public transportation, taking shorter showers, or unplugging your microwave or chargers when not in use. Each small action snowballs into tangible change. You can view tips and tricks to reduce energy usage here.

Get Cleaner

Reducing, reusing, and recycling are three key ways to minimize waste and protect the environment. Reduce the amount of waste you create by using fewer resources- choose products with less packaging or opt for reusable bags instead of plastic ones. Find new ways to reuse items instead of throwing them away, like repurposing glass jars for storage or donating old clothes instead of discarding them. Recycle your waste so it will be made into new products, which helps conserve natural resources and reduce pollution.

Get Meaner

If we ever want to see real, actionable change to protect our Earth, we have to hold Congress and Big Oil accountable. For far too long, climate protections have been sacrificed to prioritize capital gains and protect the status quo. It's not working, and the climate is suffering because of it. We must elect representatives who value the climate and will fight to protect it.
